Items shipped from LUTSDOLL may be returned to the wrong address, absence, or for other reasons.
The returned order must be shipped again. A reshipment fee is required.
Regarding the returned order, we will refund the amount excluding the shipping fee as a point.
If you need a product, please do it. Points can be used in cash.
In the case of dolls, we will inform you of the reshipment fee by e-mail without processing a refund.
